Dialogue with The Green Pilgrims
スイスから興味深い活動をされているお二人がレッスンに参加してくださいました。実業家として国際的な舞台で活躍されてきたガブリエルさんとセストさんは、精神の重要性を説き、「World Spirit Forum」を設立されました。

2016年アドバイザーとしてパリでの気候変動に関するCOP会議への参加後、全財産を寄付され、リュックサックのみで「緑の巡礼」と称する旅に出られます。聖地への巡礼ではなく、人との出会いから次の滞在先が決まるという社会に向けての巡礼。今回幸運にも、来日中に英語教室にお越しいただきました。
先生と生徒として向かいあうのでなく、対話しましょうとご提案いただき、豊かなひと時をご一緒しました。自分のcalling (使命)、gratitude (感謝)、そして人間とは何かと語りあう、優しいあたたかな時間をありがとうございました。
対話後、生徒さんたちがお二人に手紙を書きました。

We had amazing guests. Gabriele and Sesto from Switzerland are on a continuous pilgrimage into society after having given away all their belongings.
“From October to December 2015 we walked from Baldegg in Switzerland (near Luzern) all the way to Paris for the world climate summit. When we got back, we vacated our apartment and happily gave away all our possessions,except the contents of our two rucksacks.”
We had a deep dialogue about gratitude, life’s journey and one’s calling. It was a quiet but touching abundant two hours. We truly appreciate the encounter.
